The Loid paced around in her room, thinking about what had just happened. A Halloween event of some sort was spreading throughout the mansion, and Lin was just trying to find her brother. Yes, she stopped time to time to greet some familiar faces and welcome her back...but then all of a sudden she got involved. And chosen as the butler...
What was she supposed to do?? Lin didn't know one thing about being a butler. She was too careless at times...and ditsy...Someone ladylike and polite like Rui would be better suited for the role...But why did she have to play a male part??

As he secretly walked trough the shadows of the mansion, he had picked up a few flowers from outside and was returning with the pack of daisies, roses and many other's whose names weren't even known by him. Most of them held a similar feat, they were all the color of the night. Pitch black to the petals, with a few other exceptions of white colored ones. Calmly walking, taking a look around not to be seen, he saw a young girl that he hadn't seen before, not like he knew anyone in the mansion at all, but she seemed... Heh, the same, an idiot probably. He secretly watched from his little shadow near a wall, muttering slightly, "Nice clothes...", being careful not to be heard.
The little robot in black had been taking a stroll of her own within the mansion. Just a few moments of peace and tranquility with herself was what she often looked for in her days. After all, it wasn't as if she talked to many people here...
But there had been a little sight in the distance - Lin didn't particularly have good eyesight but there was always one thing that had always stuck out to her - which were the colors of those wonderful flowers she loved so much.
The daisies. She saw them held by a fellow robot she had never seen before, and so wondered whether or not to walk up to him.
But if he liked daisies... there should be no harm in him. Isn't that right?
"H-Hello..." Lin was rather shy when approaching this man. "D-do you like d-daisies too? I l-love them. I even g-grow them i-in the garden o-outside the mansion. H-Have you e-ever taken a l-look?"

"A-Ahhh...", the man said cringing at the sight of her approaching him, not wanting to talk at all. Though, she was awfully shy, as he noticed he was stuttering.
Looking down to the many daises he had picked from afar the mansion, among some other flowers, he looked up at her and sighed, deciding to at least give her an answer.
"Nature is wonderful... All of it...", he announced in a soft voice, faking a lower tone than usual. He didn't enjoy speaking one bit, though this girl was different... "I'm afraid not...", he said looking away, not wanting to make eye contact with the child.
Looking down to the many daises he had picked from afar the mansion, among some other flowers, he looked up at her and sighed, deciding to at least give her an answer.

The answer was surprising. Though she was told never to judge a person - or in this case, robot - by their appearance, Lin couldn't help but think that the one before her right now looked like the type not to enjoy nature so much.
But of course, it wasn't as if this was exactly a bad thing.
"I agree..." She responded to his statement of nature being wondrous. This was very much so in her eyes. After all, why else would she talk to her daisies as if they were alive? Yes, technically they were, in a sense more than she was, but she always viewed the flowers as on par with herself.
It was ludicrous, she knew.
"If you h-haven't seen my daisies... p-perhaps I could take you s-sometime?" Lin had always tried her best to make friends. A relation of loving nature like this was a good first step, right? "O-Oh! B-but not if you don't w-want to..."
But of course, it wasn't as if this was exactly a bad thing.
